Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Due to the nature of our handwoven products, as the fabric is delicate and pure each Saree requires very careful handling. Hence, we only accept returns in specific cases, such as if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects or incorrect product received. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward exchange to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that it is free from any stains, odours, or damage.
Timeframe : Initiate a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the product to illustrate any damage or defect.

Refunds : Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or to another mode of your preference. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and any Sarees that have been altered upon request are not eligible for return or exchange.
